All products listed in our catalog are made to order.

Fulfillment usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product type and production location.

Shipping time is additional and varies based on your delivery address.

Each item is fulfilled at the nearest facility where it's in stock and can be produced, which may differ from one order to another—even for the same address.

As a result, some products may arrive sooner than others depending on production origin and regional availability.

You can always check the estimated delivery time on each product page.

Q: Where do you ship from?

We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment service with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the most efficient location based on your address.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value.

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office. We have no control over these charges. Please check with your local customs authority for potential fees before placing an order.

📋 Order Processing & Tracking

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@arlxun.com as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Q: How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Q: What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide details about the issue.
  • Contact us at support@arlxun.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Attach your order number and photos in your email.

We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a reprint or refund.

Q: Can I expedite my order?

We do not currently offer expedited production or express shipping options. All items are fulfilled on demand and follow the standard processing and delivery times listed on each product page.

Q: My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@arlxun.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
