Custom Design Requests
Upload Your Design – For T-Shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts & More
To request a custom print on any product from our store, please email us with the following information:
- Product link (copy the URL from our store)
- Product name (as shown on the product page)
- Color (choose from available options)
- Size (select your preferred fit)
- Your design file or text to be printed
Send everything to support@arlxun.com and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’ll review your submitted design within 24 hours and contact you if any adjustments are needed.
You can upload a complete design, a simple logo, or even a text-only idea – we’ll help you place it on the product.
Not sure if your design fits? You’re welcome to send multiple options or ask us before placing an order.
Design Requirements:
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI for high-quality prints
- Accepted formats: PNG or high-quality JPEG
- Use the sRGB color profile for accurate colors
- Design dimensions must match print size, e.g. 12×16 inches = 3600×4800 pixels
- Maximum file size: 25 MB. Contact us for help with large files.
💡 Tip: To get sharp print quality, avoid screenshots or small images. Always upload your original file in full resolution.
Once we receive your design, we’ll review it and create a placement preview.
✅ We’ll send you a preview to approve before printing. If you request any changes, we’ll revise it and send you a new preview.
Pricing stays the same for custom prints unless otherwise specified – no hidden fees.
