Return & Refund Policy

Return window: Customers in the European Union have the right to return orders within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. See details below.

Our return policy only allows returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This means you can request a return if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Item Description
1. Items marked as final sale These items do not qualify for returns.
2. Discounted items These items do not qualify for returns.
3. Custom-made products All our products are printed on demand and cannot be returned for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or wrong size. However, defective, damaged, or incorrect items remain eligible for return within the specified period.
4. Buyer’s remorse / incorrect sizing Please double-check all measurements before placing your order. These items do not qualify for returns. Sizing charts are provided to avoid errors.
5. Defective or damaged items Contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (e.g. photos) to facilitate a replacement or refund.
6. Wrong address You will be liable for reshipment costs if the shipment is returned due to an insufficient address. Reshipment is done upon confirmation of the updated address.
7. Claims for defective/damaged/misprinted items Submit claims within 7 days of receiving the product. Contact support@arlxun.com with order details.
8. Lost packages in transit Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
9. Return Process Please contact us at support@arlxun.com before initiating any return. We will provide instructions depending on your country of residence.
10. Goods made to the consumer's specifications Goods made to the consumer's specifications or sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights).

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll refund you on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
