We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment service with facilities worldwide. Your order will be shipped from the most efficient location based on your address.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your location and order value:

Q: Will I be charged customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs and tax fees, which are assessed by your local customs office. We have no control over these charges. Please check with your local customs authority for potential fees before placing an order.
Q: My order is delayed, what should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your email for the shipping confirmation and ensure the address is correct.
- Contact your local post office to see if they are holding your package.
- Check with neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@arlxun.com with your order number.
⚠️ Note: If there was an error in the shipping address, we can resend the order, but shipping costs will apply again.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at support@arlxun.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Q: How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Q: What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and product.
- Your order number.
- Details about the issue.
- Contact us at support@arlxun.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and the photos in your email.
We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a reprint or refund.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Q: Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day return right for eligible products. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@arlxun.com for assistance.
Refunds and replacements are only provided in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
For damaged or defective products, we recommend submitting a claim within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos as proof to help us process a replacement or refund quickly.

- All our products are custom-made and printed only upon order. This means each item is specially produced for you or your team.
- If you have a custom design, you can send it via our contact form or email, or choose from our existing designs for printing.
- Since our products are made to order, please ensure you select the correct size. We provide a size guide for each product to assist you in making the right choice.

Q: Can I expedite my order?
If you need your order urgently, please contact us at support@arlxun.com to discuss express shipping options. Additional fees may apply.
Q: My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@arlxun.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
