What to include in your email

  • Product link (copy the URL) or the exact product name
  • Color / variant (choose from available options)
  • Size
  • Your design file (or the text you want printed)
  • Placement notes (front/back, center/chest, sleeve, etc.) if you have a preference

You can send a complete design, a simple logo, or even a text-only idea — we’ll help you place it on the product.

File requirements

  • Minimum quality: 300 DPI (simple meaning: a high-resolution image that won’t look blurry when printed).
  • Formats: PNG (transparent) or high-quality JPEG (vector files like PDF/EPS/SVG are also welcome).
  • Color profile: sRGB.
  • Match print size to canvas: your file should be large enough for the print area (example: 12×16 in ≈ 3600×4800 px).
  • Avoid screenshots: do not send screenshots or heavily compressed files — send original artwork at full resolution.
  • Max file size: 25 MB by email (if larger, send a download link or contact us for the best way to send it).

Pixel size rule (simple): Take the print size in inches and multiply by 300. This gives you the minimum pixels your file should have for a sharp print. Example: 12 inches × 300 = 3600 px (width) and 16 inches × 300 = 4800 px (height).

  • Example: 10×12 in ≈ 3000×3600 px
  • Example: 12×16 in ≈ 3600×4800 px
  • Example: 15×18 in ≈ 4500×5400 px

Simple size guide (Small / Medium / Large)

Choose the closest size below. Bigger files are always OK (we can scale down). The only issue is when the file is too small, because it may look blurry when printed.

  • Small (logos, hat prints, sleeve/pocket): typically 3×3 to 5×5 in.
  • Minimum we recommend: at least 1500×1500 px (better: 2000×2000 px) so we can resize and place it cleanly.
  • Medium (most standard front prints): 10×12 in ≈ 3000×3600 px.
  • Large (big front/back prints): 12×16 in ≈ 3600×4800 px. If your design is intended to be extra large: 15×18 in ≈ 4500×5400 px.

  • Wash inside out in cold water.
  • Use mild detergents; avoid bleach and fabric softeners.
  • Air dry when possible — avoid high heat.
  • Iron on low heat, avoiding printed areas.
  • Do not dry clean.
