Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy only allows returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. This means you can request a return if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Item Description
1. Items marked as final sale These items do not qualify for returns.
2. Discounted items These items do not qualify for returns.
3. Custom-made products All our products are custom-made to meet your specific requirements and do not qualify for returns.
4. Non-returnable items due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing Please ensure that you double-check all measurements and specifications before placing your order as these items do not qualify for returns.
5. Defective or damaged items It is recommended to contact customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing proof such as photos to facilitate a replacement or refund.
6. Wrong address You will be liable for reshipment costs if the shipment is returned to our facility due to an insufficient address and will be reshipped upon confirmation of the updated address.
7. Claims for defective, damaged, or misprinted items It is recommended to submit claims within 7 days after receiving the product. If you experience any issues, please contact us at support@arlxun.com with your order details, and we will assist you.
8. Claims for packages lost in transit Must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
9. Note All our products and store items are printed upon your selection. All products are custom samples for your choice, so please select the product carefully as it will be printed specifically for you. Choose the correct size as we provide a size catalog for all products to avoid errors.
10. Return Process (Europe) Please send an email before returning any items. This address is for returns only: Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes Novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
11. Return Process (Other Countries) Please contact our customer service before initiating any returns.
12. Goods made to the consumer's specifications Goods made to the consumer's specifications or sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (according to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
